What is VIB?

VIB stands for ‘Very Important Bedfolk’ – the name of the Loyalty and Rewards Programme. 

How do I join?                                      

To join, you simply need to ‘Create an account’ here

Once you have an account, you can redeem the points you collect as you shop. 

How do I collect my points / How many points do I get?

  1. Sign up by creating an account and receive your first 100 points
  2. Earn point points every time you shop for soft & comfy things
  3. Redeem points to spend on wind down essentials

You can earn 10 points each for following us on Instagram, liking us on Facebook and following us on Pinterest.

As an extra treat, you can receive 200 points on your birthday.

If you Refer a Friend, you friend will receive 10% off on their first order of £99+ and you get £10 (in points) for each successful referral.

How do I redeem my points? Can I earn them on all purchases?

To redeem your points, login to your account and then go to the Rewards page.

On the Rewards page, you will see your points balance, with a link to ‘Redeem Now’ or ‘Rewards History’.

If you make a purchase on a gift card, you will not receive points for your purchase.

Points cannot be used in conjunction with a discount code. 

How can I view my points?

Login to your account and then go to the Rewards page. (linked from INFO in the main navigation)

Do I need to have purchased from you to be a VIB member?

To be a VIB member, you just need to create an account.

You will collect points when you make purchases.

What happens if I return my Bedfolk purchase?

Full refunds

If you return your order to get a refund, any points earned from the purchase will be removed from your account.

Partial refunds

If you earn points on a purchase and then your purchase is partially refunded, your points will be reversed. You then earn points only for the remaining amount.
 

Can I exchange points for money or store credit?

No, you’re not able to exchange points into any other format.

If I have previously made a purchase or referred someone, can I receive backdated points?

Unfortunately points cannot be backdated.  

How long will it take for my points to appear?

Points will be added to your account once the order they relate to is fulfilled in our warehouse.

How do I spend my points?

Please go to our VIB Rewards page for more information on how to redeem your points.

How much do I need to spend to use my points?

There is no minimum or maximum purchase amount.

How long do my points last?

Points will expire after 2 years of inactivity.
